Theresa Bowden

Theresa Robinson Bowden began her professional training at the School of the Greensboro Ballet, in Greensboro, North Carolina.  She performed several principal and soloist roles with the Greensboro Ballet including the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, the Wedding Pas De Deux from Don Quixote and the Princess from The Firebird.  Theresa joined Ballet Oklahoma (now the Oklahoma City Ballet) in 1995, and danced there until her retirement in 2003.  Under Artistic Director Bryan Pitts and Laura Flagg-Pitts, she performed many soloist roles such as the Spanish, Russian and Marzipan variations from The Nutcracker, The Fairy of Beauty from Sleeping Beauty, and the Autumn Fairy in Cinderella.  During her career, she was honored to dance featured roles in many other ballets such as Coppelia, Swan Lake, Don Juan, Dracula, Les Sylphides, The Three Musketeers, and Giselle. However, she feels her greatest role to date is being a wife to her husband, Brett and as mother to her two children.  Theresa is thrilled to be working with the students at Range of Motion, and looks forward another wonderful  year!
