Mikaela Guidice

 

Mikaela is a member of Oklahoma City Ballet II. She grew up in Norfolk, Massachusetts where she started dancing at the age of three. After seven years in the Franklin School for the Performing Arts Ballet Conservatory, she joined Boston Ballet’s Pre-Professional Program where she trained for three years. After attending Houston Ballet’s Summer Program, Mikaela was invited to join the Professional Program at Houston Ballet Academy under the direction of Stanton Welch AM. In 2020, she graduated from high school and joined Orlando Ballet II. She then headed back to New England and danced with Festival Ballet Providence before becoming a member of OKCBII for the 2022/2023 season. Her repertoire includes roles in George Balanchine’s Western Symphony, Serenade, and Walpurgisnacht Ballet; Mikko Nissinen’s Swan Lake; Stanton Welch’s Brigade; Marius Petipa’s Paquita; Ryan Jolicoeur-Nye’s Cinderella; and several choreographers’ versions of The Nutcracker.
