Sophia Davies​

 

Sophia Davies is a current student at Oklahoma City University majoring in Dance Performance. Sophia started dancing at the age of three at Oklahoma City University’s Children’s Dance Academy.  Sophia has received training at Oklahoma City University, Range of Motion Dance Studio, Oklahoma City Ballet, and Star Steps Dance Studio. Sophia attended training at The Washington Ballet Summer Intensive with CeCe Farha, Joffrey Ballet Summer intensive, American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensive, The Rockettes Summer Training Program, and Professional Audition Workshop with Rhonda Malkin and Ann Cooley. At Oklahoma City University she has performed with the American Spirit Dance Company, Stars Dance Company, Pep Dancers, and Rep Company. She has performed with Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma in the musicals Wizard of Oz and Oklahoma. Sophia was a featured dancer with the OKC Philharmonic performing alongside the extraordinary Michael Feinstein. Sophia is excited to be entering her junior year at Oklahoma City University and is looking forward to what the future holds.
